Information on company name change:
In February of 2010, the “LANDESSTIFTUNG Baden-Württemberg gGmbH” changed its name to the “Baden-Württemberg Stiftung gGmbH”. The name change served as the first step in a visual overhaul of the entity during the tenth year of its existence.
The Baden-Württemberg Foundation included its new presentation in relevant documentation of past activities in its communication measures, retaining the name “Landesstiftung” for all programmes and projects which were completed by the time the name change took effect. All publications (working papers, publication series, etc.) and other documents online, such as press releases or testimonials, were adopted without change, under the previous valid name “LANDESSTIFTUNG Baden-Württemberg gGmbH”. Accordingly, the correct way to cite these publications is under the name “LANDESSTIFTUNG Baden-Württemberg”. All programmes and projects which continued beyond this time will be adapted continuously to the new name and new appearance.

Public Corporate Governance Codex:
The state government of Baden-Württemberg resolved a Public Corporate Governance Codex for the state of Baden-Württemberg for state-owned entities on 8/1/2013. The Baden-Württemberg Stiftung fulfils these requirements through the Corporate Governance report 2016, the Corporate Governance report 2017, the Corporate Governance report 2018, the Corporate Governance report 2019 and the Corporate Governance Bericht 2020.
